David Pratt has been confirmed as managing director of Empire World Trade.
The appointment, which was confirmed in papers filed at Companies House, was rubber-stamped on 7 June.
Pratt was previously acting chief executive following the departure of Jack O’Brien from the company by mutual consent in March.
