Plimsoll has launched the Electronic Plimsoll Portfolio Analysis - Fresh Produce (EPPA), a new piece of electronic financial analysis. Offering widespread industry coverage and a user-friendly format, the software allows the user to analyse their company, competitor data and the entire industry at the click of a button.

The package includes details on "every company in your industry", claimed Plimsoll, plus:

• a searchable analysis of the industry's top 1,000 firms

• highlights of averages, rankings and other performance benchmarks

• identification of acquisition targets, and the 25 top companies to buy

• how to spot the winners, aggressors, the best trading partners by analysising 10 key areas of company performance

The EPPA is compatible with Microsoft Office and other leading third party applications and is, said Plimosll, "designed with the busy manager in mind".
