Vegetable grower and NFU vice-president Michael Paske has been nominated for president of the union. President Ben Gill has also been nominated for another two-year term in charge and deputy president Tim Bennett is the third nominee for the office.

Both Bennett and Paske have also been nominated for deputy president, as have three others. And seven other names will join that of Paske on the ballot paper for vice president.

There are three nominees for the post of treasurer, including the incumbent.

A paper ballot of the union's council will be held to elect the office-holders on the last day of the NFU annual conference and agm on February 7.
