Fresh vegetable preparation specialist, Parripak has experienced its second biggest quarter since its inception, 20 years ago.
Parripak has found that, since its acquisition by William Jackson Food Group last year, both its capacity and delivery scope have increased.
The company has seen many changes in the industry and has noticed a consumer trend towards speciality lines such as butternut squash.
Parripak is now planning to launch several new lines into its mix in the New Year. “This winter is already looking very busy,” said James Parrish, commercial director at Parripak. “We are getting ready for further expansion and new customers getting on board.”
