The launch of Nisperos in the UK this spring has pleased Foods From Spain director, Maria José Sevilla and plans are already being made for a bigger campaign next year.

Sevilla said: 'We have had extremely encouraging feedback from the trade and look forward to even wider distribution next year.' The launch was supported this year by the 'Get to know the Nispero' marketing programme, which included; in-store sampling, explanatory leaflets at point of sale, price promotions, radio and press promotions.

Sevilla added: 'The marketing support we provided has been a great success, and next year the campaign will make even more retailers and shoppers aware of the product.'
