Ishida Europe has released two new versions of its R series range of advanced multihead weighers which are specifically designed for fast and accurate weighing of small target weights - taking the number of multihead model variations offered to more than 200.
The new CCW-R linear and CCW-R small hopper weighers maximise the number of products that the machines can handle and enable Ishida to tailor a solution each time to precise customer requirements.
The small hopper weighers - the CCW-R-210, 214 and 220 - feature the traditional circular multihead weigher design. The range of machines can handle target weights from 5g to 500g, whilst the largest of the models can mix weigh two products up to 1kg. The CCW-R-214 is capable of speeds up to 210wpm, depending on the application, whilst the CCW-R-220 can mix weigh at up to 70wpm.
The high accuracy linear multihead weighers, available in four different variants, are particularly suitable for ultra-low target weights - as little as 3g. The linear range also features short drop heights, particularly appropriate for handling fragile products.
