Tao Sun has re-joined Sunnyfield Veg as project manager.
Sun, whograduated from Beijing Technology and Business University with a first-class honours degree and went on to study at the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland, is fluent in Mandarin and English. He is also an IT expert.
Business owner Ronny Liu said the appointment follows the 'steady growth' of the business.
He added: 'Tao comes to us with considerable experience of IT and supplies, and his determination, dedication and drive to succeed will continue to be great value for my team.
'I was always impressed by his professional ethic and efficiency when he worked with me in the past.'
Sun will not be replacing anyone; instead he is bolstering the strength of the business, based at New Spitalfields wholesale market in London.
Sun said: 'I worked at Sunnyfield Veg before, and now I have come back to this big family with much working experience in retail-management and e-business development. I am sure we can work together to completely change this trade - let's work together to make it happen and make it different.'
