A new smart phone application from Bayer CropScience allows growers to find out key information about its plant protection products at the click of a button.
The app which digitalises Bayer CropScience's product manual is aimed at specialist fruit growers.
"The smartphone app is designed to make finding growing information about our products easier, and the app will always have the most up-to-date information loaded," said communications manager Mike Abram.
Abram says the Product Manual app has already had 1500 downloads and predicts its popularity to rise.
Other Bayer CropScience apps include the Weed Guide and Pest Spotter with all three apps available to download for free from either iTunes or Android app stores.
