Bizerba has launched a new generation of CWE checkweighers that have been developed to optimise the quality assurance of prepacked and portioned foods.
The CWE systems control the package flow, classifying and sorting the packages according to weight classes. With statistical acquisition and continuous documentation of weight values in paper form or electronically, these units are ideal quality assurance instruments. Its ongoing visual process controls and graphic representation provides the operator with a system with a high level of customer benefit, which is unique on the market.
The ergonomically designed user interface assists quick and efficient working, and the stainless steel construction with IP65 protection rating, in accordance with the latest machinery directives, fulfills the highest requirements with regard to maintenance, safety and handling.
The robust CWE design guarantees optimal throughput with high precision. Depending on package, environment and customer specific requirements, it can be used at up to 120 meters/minute in the weight spectrum of 50g to 6kg.
The machine is controlled via a clear monochrome display with thematically arranged function keys, or optionally on a colour 12.1inch resistive touch screen.
