Re:fresh award winning mushroom producer Greyfriars UK has taken on a new general manager for its mushroom farming operations.
David Walker, 45, has been appointed to look after the business based at Wath, near Ripon, Yorkshire.
Walker brings over 23 years of experience of working in the mushroom business, including having had overall responsibility for supplying two million kilos of mushroom a year to Tesco and Sainsbury while working for Gateforth Park, part of Carbury Park Mushrooms.
