Fruit and veg supplier The Greenery UK has appointed a new technical manager.
Richard Binks will handle the supplier’s business with Sainsbury’s, working closely with the supermarket chain’s commercial manager and the rest of the team to manage and develop the relationship between the two organizations.
He will also encourage innovation and deliver ‘first to market’ developments for the benefit of the consumer.
Martin Brown, Greenery UK’s managing director, said: “We are pleased to welcome Richard to The Greenery where he will be a vital member of our team.”
Binks commented: “I am thrilled to join The Greenery and to take responsibility for its relationship with such an important retailer. I aim to ensure Sainsbury’s receives a high class ervice that reflects its own customer service standards.”
