Roger Keeling has been appointed chairman of Elsoms Seeds, the Lincolnshire-based seed distributor and breeder, with immediate effect.
He succeeds his father, Anthony Keeling, who held the post for 25 years, and who will now become deputy chairman.
Roger Keeling (pictured with Anthony Keeling and managing director Robin Wood) said: “We’re planning significant expansion over the coming year. We’ll be taking on more sales specialists, and introducing a range of new varieties in field vegetable and agricultural crops, whilst looking at investments to help us achieve our long term strategies.”
