Food sector recruitment specialist Henderson has strengthened its team with the appointment of Liz Orpwood as a consultant.
Orpwood has over 14 years recruitment experience, most recently at Cooper Lomaz where she spent some nine years recruiting for a wide range of companies. Her experience of recruiting employees at all levels from graduates to senior management and directors means she brings a wealth of experience to her new role.
She said: “In my previous job I worked with companies in the engineering, supply chain and food manufacturing sectors. I particularly enjoyed recruiting for roles in the food sector, so I am excited by my new role at Henderson Brown.”
Her appointment follows the announcement earlier this year that Peter Fry, the former UK produce buying director for Tesco, had joined the company as a business consultant.
