Management development consultancy Neate Solutions has announced details of a two-day course for future directors of produce industry companies, entitled Developing Yourself and Your Business.
The two-day course will address such issues as communication skills, team working, negotiating skills and creative thinking. Alongside concepts such as setting a clear business strategy, management controls and action planning.
