Award-winning greengrocer The Naked Grocer is being put up for sale, FPJ can reveal.
The Walton-on-Thames based family business, which won the QV Foods Independent Retailer of the Year award at Re:fresh 2012, is looking for an ambitious buyer that is willing to invest in its potential.
"Unfortunately some personal issues have come at the wrong time and I've not been able to give the business the attention it deserves," said sales director Christopher Bavin.
"Potential buyers will be investing into the brand, trademarks and reputation of our unique greengrocer just as much as the business; by putting The Naked Grocer up for sale, we hope to take it to the next level."
