Traceability software specialist Muddy Boots Software has announced its "unprecedented" quarterly results.

The company’s unprecedented growth over the past 12 months suggests that food suppliers are continuing in their quest for improved efficiency by implementing and future proofing their systems.

Over the past year the company has added an additional 10 per cent to its customer base; adding some big name brands to its portfolio of clients. This extensive global growth has enabled Muddy Boots to reinforce its operations in Australia, New Zealand and across Europe.

In total, the rapid growth in demand for Muddy Boots’ products and services has resulted in an increase of 11 per cent in staff over the past 12 months, with both the Technical and Support Service departments strengthening their resources.

www.muddyboots.com, a Microsoft Gold certified partner, offers a range of quality assurance systems, from traceability, quality and compliance management software.

Jonathan Evans, managing director at Muddy Boots Software, said: “Better business management, generated through more effective and efficient software has become a necessity for companies at every level of the supply chain. Our quarterly report reassures us that suppliers and retailers are staying ahead of the game when it comes to non-compliance and efficiency.

“We have had an exciting year so far, with a new office due to open in the imminent future and new developments in the pipeline. Despite the recession impacting heavily on the industry, the forecast for the remainder of 2010 is looking strong.”
