Moroccan producers are hoping Fruit Logistica will help them break into new markets.
Kayouh Samad, a grower from the Agadir region, said his main export markets are the UK and France, but is hoping to tap into new opportunities.
His organization, Groupe de Production Agricole, sell around 8,000 tonnes of fruit and vegetables a year.
The Moroccan minister of foreign trade, Mustapha Machaouri, visited Fruit Logistica, along with the Moroccan ambassador to Germany, Rachad Bouhlal, to see the efforts being made by growers and exporters to build business.
