MorePeople have announced the appointment of Jon Poole to aid the company’s training and development business MorePerformance.
Poole will help the company expand the range of services it offers in the areas of senior management coaching, change management and in particular outplacement support.
Poole has been involved in leadership and organisational development for almost twenty years. He is the former head of training and development of the Save & Prosper Group and was latterly the deputy chief executive of the Society of Chemical industries. Poole is also the author of a recently published book entitled Business Coaching in Easy Steps.
In a statement, the company said: “Given the economic conditions over the last year or so we appreciate that some of our clients may be having to consider restructuring their operations and managing all the consequences that may result from that. One of those consequences may well be redundancies and as a responsible employer one of the things you might be considering is the option of outplacement support for those people affected.
“Through Jon, MorePerformance will be able to provide extremely cost effective ways to support your outplacement needs across a number of areas.”
The MorePerformance service provides workshops for small groups or individuals on CV writing and interview skills. It also focuses on full outplacement and career coaching where we help the individual with their choices over their future career direction.
