Horticultural distributor Fargro has appointed Stuart Mills to the new position of IPM specialist within its technical team.
Mills studied at Hadlow College, where he gained an ND in commercial horticulture, and worked until recently as a crop protection expert for New Place Nurseries. He is also BASIS qualified.
Mills will be working in the south east, providing technical support for growers as the company continues to expand its range of IPM controls.
He will particularly focus on working closely with growers as he develops tailormade biological control programmes, according to Fargro.
