The Medfel 2011 trade show will take place this year on 4-6 May in Perpignon, France.
The show will include 350 exhibitors from Mediterranean countries, with some 5,000 professional buyers from around the world expected to visit.
A full programme of seminars and discussions is scheduled during the event, with subjects under discussion including the establishment of a hallmark for the Mediterranean fruit and vegetable industry; adapting fruit and veg to the needs of the restaurant and catering trade; and the table grape sector’s situation within the European distribution chain.
