Italian police are investigating potential trading rivals after an explosion at a wholesale fruit and vegetable market.
A primitive device exploded early Tuesday morning at the market in Milan, causing minor property damage but no injuries, local police reported.
The blast occurred at 06:45 a.m. local time (0545 GMT) in a parking lot, shattering windows of at least three vehicles and damaging the chassis of two cars parked nearby.
No one has claimed responsibility for the blast but police believe it may be linked to rivalry among market operators.
