Supply chain software provider Linkfresh has announced the appointment of Jeremy Wardell to the position of customer success director.
In the newly created role, Wardell will work to improve customer relationships and ensure that customers make the most of the software provided by the Cambridge-based company.
Linkfresh, whose customers include G’s Fresh, Produce World and Minor, Weir and Willis, provides supply chain software to fresh produce growers, packers, and shippers to manage production, distribution and marketing through to the point of sale.
Its software gives these companies insights into traceability, food safety and compliance.
Wardell, who was formerly the director of the health and care division of software provider Advanced Business Solutions, will also work on communications and feedback, pre-sales, project delivery, product development, customer on-boarding, product training and ongoing customer support.
The new customer success director said: “I am very excited to be joining Linkfresh. For me, success is perceived and measured differently for every customer. We can only deliver real value and achieve the best results if we understand our customers’ individual problems, needs and objectives.
He added: “By listening to and supporting our customers, combined with excellent operational management, product support and customer engagement, we will deliver the value our customers expect to help ensure their success.”
Wardell has many years of experience in customer-facing roles, having worked with other computer software and technology companies in a variety of positions from project delivery and deployment to product and operational management.
