Food fanatics heading for the Royal Agricultural Show at Stoneleigh Park in July 3-6, can sample the food from one of the UK’s top food-producing counties in the Love Food, Love Lincolnshire pavilion.

For the third year running Lincolnshire will return to the food, farming, livestock and country living hub with its Love Food, Love Lincolnshire theme.

Prominently situated at the show close to the Grand Ring, the Love Food, Love Lincolnshire pavilion will be packed of free samples of produce, a delicatessen and a free café. It will also feature cookery demonstrations from celebrity chef and Lincolnshire food champion, Rachel Green.

Two of the county’s main food projects, Tastes of Lincolnshire and Select Lincolnshire, will once again join forces to spotlight a county that provides more than one fifth of Britain’s consumed food.

Lydia Rusling of Tastes of Lincolnshire said: “It is a chance for us to get out of the county and tell everyone what a great place Lincolnshire is. From the food and attractions to award-winning accommodation and rich heritage, Lincolnshire is a great all-round visitor destination for all ages. It is a county of contrasts offering everything from the fun coast, a vibrant city and gentle rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds, all punctuated with pretty towns and quintessentially English villages.”

Visitors to the premier agricultural show will be invited to head for the Lincolnshire pavilion to meet the people who produce some of the county’s finest food. Among producers will be Dennetts ice cream and Lymn Bank Farm Smoke House.
