UKTV Food regular Martin Levy is the latest speaker to be confirmed for the FPJ Conferences - West Midlands event, which will look at the fresh produce supply chain in and out of the region.
Head of the foodservice company Fresh Direct’s Gourmet Team, Levy is a chef-turned-premium fresh produce expert and will be taking delegates through what’s hot and what’s not in the culinary world.
The conferences will be held at the Stratford Manor Hotel, in Stratford-Upon-Avon, on 9 November. Other speakers include the NFU’s Horticulture Board chair Sarah Pettitt and West Midland chair Anthony Snell, Cobrey Farms’ John Chinn, Humber VHB’s James Seymour, Wychavon Council’s Chris Brooks and Evesham Vale Growers’ David Shepherd.
