Juliette - love at first bite

Juliette potato growers held their Annual Juliette Celebration at L.F. Papworth Farms of Norfolk and the Norfolk Mead Hotel, on July 25. Guests were invited to visit the potato fields and participate in the first ‘lift’ of the season.

From the potato fields, guests saw a cookery demonstration, hosted by local Michelin starred chef and Great British Menu contestant, Galton Blackiston. Showcasing the true taste and versatility of Juliette, dishes such as Juliette Potato rosti with bourdin and Chantarelle mushrooms and Buttery mashed Juliette with petits pois and beetroot foam were prepared.
