The Verona Exhibition Centre will play host to a brand new event on March 3-6, 2005. Dedicated to the entire fresh fruit and vegetable value chain, Agrifood aims to showcase new technologies for product processing and distribution and explore excellence in foods from every region of Italy. It will also feature the latest in IT systems and communication and marketing tools as well as innovations in the field of traceability.

The show will be organised around three different halls: feature Agrifruit, Agriquality and Agrilife and hall 2 will feature CosaMangi - an area of 112m2 with a mock supermarket of traceable products, where specialist personnel will assist visitors in hi-tech first hand experience of the origins of products.
