Stuart Sutherland has been appointed business development manager for Interfarm UK Ltd.
The agricultural supply company has hired Sutherland, who has over twelve years experience working in the agrochemical industry throughout the UK, to enhance their business opportunities.
Since gaining a B-Technol degree in Agriculture at SAC Auchincruive, Sutherland has held a number of key commercial and technical roles with agrochemical manufacturers, including BASF and Syngenta Crop Protection, and also with the advisory organisation, Scottish Agronomy.
He said: “I am pleased to be joining Interfarm UK Ltd at this time of anticipated expansion. I hope to help grow the business further and also to develop existing products and introduce new products into the market place. Interfarm aim to offer high levels of service and a wide range of cost-effective products to customers and I am looking forward to making a positive contribution to our growth.”
