Sarah Vousden has been appointed business manager for Interfarm UK Ltd the supply company selling an expanding range of horticultural and agricultural products to distributors throughout the UK.

A farmer’s daughter originally from Essex, Vousden gained a degree in agriculture with crop protection at Harper Adams University College and then secured a position in the supply chain as a trainee agronomist with Banks Agriculture.

She has held a number of key commercial and logistics roles with Dalgety as agrochemical development manager and then in Masstock as Forecasting and products logistics manager for the group and is BASIS and FACTS qualified.

She said: “I am really looking forward to developing this new sales and commercial role for Interfarm UK Ltd and will be working mainly with key accounts in the South of the country.

“ Interfarm is expanding fast in terms of sales, products and staffing levels, reflecting their positive view of the UK market as well as their growing business potential.”
