Cuba's tobacco crop has been damaged by Isidore and the citrus season threatened, but no reports have yet quantified the damage or confirmed affects on citrus. Isidore then headed for Mexico's Yucutan peninsula leaving south Florida unscathed but threatening Louisiana. Meanwhile, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua have all felt the secondary effects of Lili with heavy rainfall and as the Journal went to press the Dominican Republic and Haiti were on alert.
