Horti Fair has announced a new show pavilion aimed at growers of floricultural crops, with an emphasis on house plants and garden plants.

According to organisers, the concept of the Growers' Market is based on the results of a survey among visitors to previous Horti Fairs and discussions with exhibitors and potential exhibitors.

“There is a need to bundle together products and services, which we have already been responding to with special pavilions,’’ claims Horti Fair’s Mia Timmer. “The Growers' Market is also an interesting option for businesses that do not have a stand of their own every year.”

The Growers' Market pavilion will be located at a central site in hall 8 (the Parkhal) of the Amsterdam RAI, in the production segment at the show. The emphasis will be on exhibiting parental material.

This year’s event runs from October 9 to 12 October inclusive 7, several weeks ahead of its usual November date.
