Business Link has dished out some helpful advice this week for businesses on how to handle the Christmas preparations.
The advisor suggests making sure staff still have targets to avoid the traditional end-of-year slump, to be fair about Christmas holiday leave, manage cash and security while premises are vacant, and prepare yourself to lose contact with suppliers over the period.
A spokesperson for Business Link said: “Whilst it is a time to celebrate, the holiday season can create many challenges for managers. Good preparation is the only way to avoid these challenges turning into a problem that impacts on the business.”
