Produce businesses are being called upon to submit evidence about the role of EU labour and contribute to the upcoming Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) report.
Delegates at the British Tomato Conference, which took place today (21 September) at the Chesford Grange hotel in Kenilworth, were asked to share the message and submit evidence through a survey published by MAC.
Labour concerns were high on the agenda during the conference, with chairman Phil Pearson highlighting the fact that it is the biggest Brexit-related issue facing the industry.
Businesses wishing to submit evidence about the economic or social impact of EU labour can do so here.
