The Mushroom Bureau has teamed up with leading nutritionist Amanda Hamilton to produce a 14-day healthy eating plan to highlight the benefits of having mushrooms on the menu.
The plan encourages consumers to test their culinary skills and adopt a healthier diet this summer, claiming they will “soon feel the benefits of a more balanced diet”.
The two week mushroom plan incorporates a selection of simple recipes to suit a range of palates, and works on the basis that by having a mushroom-based meal each day you will improve your health.
