Habasit Rossi, one of the UK’s largest conveyor belt specialists, has expanded its product and service offering in the North East with the opening of a new state-of-the art fabrication and service facility.
Habasit Rossi’s investment looks to increase stock levels, superior service and bespoke fabrication facilities of businesses in the region.
Mark Rochelle, area sales manager for the North East, said: “At a time when other belting companies are reducing their presence in the area, we are happy to be able to show a strong commitment to customers in the North East.
“This new facility will be the hub for all our operations within the North East. It will offer bespoke fabrication, a trim and track service, help our customers achieve year-on-year continuous improvements and enable us to offer the most extensive range of belts in the market.
“All customers will also have access to a 24/7 emergency call-out service, where all fitters are trained to the highest standards and have the SPA Safe Contractor Passport & GSAT Airport Safe training.”
