Senior managers at leading salad producer G’s have completed a health and wellbeing programme aimed at improving leadership skills.
The ‘Thrive’ course looks at how resilience, energy, positive psychology and sleep links to successful management. It is part of G’s leadership development programme, run by health experts Let’s Get Healthy, and includes a health check, one-to-one coaching with biometric test results, and expert advice on wellbeing.
G’s HR director Beverly Dixon said: “Thrive was launched to 17 of our aspiring middle to senior managers and we are committed that our entire, growing leadership attend it.
“We recognise that our industry is fast paced, diverse and we need energy, innovation and endurance at times to deliver our customer expectations. Partnering with Let’s Get Healthy has enabled us to inspire change and provide ongoing development via toolkits and videos.
“The wellbeing of employees is the grassroots of our success. Investing in employee health and wellbeing helps us towards achieving our goal of being a gold standard employer and business.”
