The Campaign for Learning is calling on growers to take part in Family Learning Week and encourage families onto their farms.
The campaign is offering planning materials and support for the week which runs from October 8-16. Ideas include From Seed to Supermarket to get families to explore where their produce comes from and how they could grow some of it at home; Learning the Countryside Code as well as talks and demonstrations at local events or donating prizes to community Family Learning Week events.
