International Horti Fair, an exhibition at the Amsterdam RAI from October 9-12, is introducing a new pavilion for plant suppliers, called the Growers’ Market.
The target visitor group for the Market consists of growers of floricultural crops, with the accent on house plants and garden plants. “The new pavilion brings together the range of parental material at the most complete of horticultural trade fairs. It’s very practical for visitors from the Netherlands and all over the world,’’ said Mia Timmer from the Horti Fair.
The concept of the Growers' Market is based on the results of a survey among visitors to previous editions of the Horti Fair and discussions with exhibitors and potential exhibitors. “There is a need to bundle together products and services, which we have already been responding to with special pavilions,” said Timmer, referring to the Horti Fair House of Genetics, House of Technology, House of Quality, and other innovations introduced last year.
Registrations for the Growers' Market at the Horti Fair close on August 1.
