Greenvale AP has strengthened its management team in the Scottish border.
Growing manager David Lawson will assume responsibility for the management of day-to-day operations and provision of land, while new recruit Ewan Stark will take on the new role of technical manager for the growing operation.
Stark is a graduate of Robert Gordon University and a BASIS-qualified agronomist, with a wide experience of working in the retail supply chain in the potato industry, most recently in New Zealand.
He will aim to develop the technical processes both in the field and store, as well as managing the agronomy needs for the Duns-based potato growing business.
