Graham Wallace has announced he is retiring as group manager of Glasgow's markets and as an officer adviser to NABMA on 31 March.
The former World Union of Wholesale Markets (WUWM) chairman is stepping down following the completion of a £6.5 million project to refurbish Glasgow's markets that began in 2009.
He began working as group manager of Glasgow's wholesale and retail markets in 1996, having previously worked as a chartered surveyor.
Operations manager Jim Cunningham will take over his duties.
