Ashley Gilman is joining the inputs purchasing business AtlasFram Group in the newly created post of business manager.

Gilman has been taken on to help AtlasFram members add value to their businesses and reduce their exposure to risk as well as to improve the scope and level of membership benefits at the group.

He has a masters degree in advanced farm management from the Royal Agricultural College and was previously farm and ops director at Maurice Crouch (Growers) Ltd in Cambridgeshire with responsibility for developing and managing its operations in Cornwall and Spain as well as Cambridgeshire.

More recently Gilman held the post of member business manager at Anglia Farmers.
