The seventh international Food Safety and Dietary Risk Assessment conference will tackle key issues across the industry from trading standards to chemical risk.
The event, which takes place 12-13 February in Cologne, Germany, will is set to tackle the issue of consumer uncertainty as a result of the European maximum residue standisation enforced in September 2008.
Speakers at the conference include Fransesca Arena of the European Commission, Ursula Banasiak of the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) and Wolfgang Ahlers of Atlanta Group amongst many others.
