Growers, trade bodies and labour providers are being asked to review new guidance on caravan accommodation for seasonal workers thanks to a new FPC consultation.
The guide aims to improve living conditions where necessary, with industry stakeholders being urged to provide feedback through an online survey.
“We’re encouraging all sectors of the industry to work together to improve conditions where necessary and to share good practice,” said FPC chief executive, Nigel Jenney.
“The draft guidance has been developed with support from our members and now we’re seeking feedback from others involved in the provision of caravan accommodation.”
The consultation closes on 2 January 2017. The guidance is available to view here and the survey is availablehere.
