Innovations manager Paula Isaacs

Florette has bolstered its innovation and insight capabilities by creating new roles of innovations manager and category analyst.

Paula Isaacs joins the company to drive business forward with new product developments in the innovations post.

Isaacs has over 16 years marketing experience, having worked at top brands such as Kelloggs, Cadbury’s and Dairy Farmers of Britain.

She said: “I was attracted to the new role at Florette as the brand has exciting plans for growth and as innovations manager I have the opportunity to really help shape the future direction of the brand.

“Using my NPD and innovations experience, my key focus will be to help drive category growth by using our wealth of consumer and category insight to deliver products that will engage consumers.”

Amy Coates takes on the new role of category analyst with 18 months sales and marketing experience under her belt. She is tasked with supporting category manager Tony Walsh with monitoring and collating market data, as well as tracking consumer trends and market opportunities.

Amy said: “I’m already enjoying putting my analytical skills to good use at Florette and am looking forward to the start of a new year and being actively involved in the brand’s growth.”

Neil Sanderson, managing director at Florette, said: “The two newly created roles at Florette mark an exciting time for the brand, as a successful year draws to a close and we look forward to implementing our plans for 2012.

“We have an ambitious strategy in place for the brand, which will help drive category growth and, as part of this, next year’s planned marketing spend of £5 million will be our largest to date.
