Festive spirit for Kanzi competition

Branded apple Kanzi is giving Santa a helping hand this year by pampering four contestants who took part in its online competition, How does Kanzi flavour your life?.

The four winning photographs from Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK and Italy were chosen by the visitors to the website. The winners received a spa and relaxation weekend for two in a four-star luxury hotel.

This is the first time in the two years of the photo competition that a winner has been selected from the UK. There is increasing consumer interest in this premium apple, which is now available in a range of retailers across Britain.

The kick-off to the season in Europe was described as “a great success”. Since October, Kanzi has been available across Europe on supermarket shelves and the higher-quality greengrocer speciality shops.

The online promotion “How does Kanzi flavour your life?” runs until February 25, 2010. Contestants simply have to send in a photograph that symbolises the “Kanzi experience” to be in with a chance of winning one of the 15 weekends away.
