F&PA a hit at two London shows

The Flowers & Plants Association (F&PA) has seized the opportunity to showcase fresh flowers and plants at two top London events.

The F&PA dressed tables at a fashion day at the Savoy Hotel, London - held by women’s magazine Woman & Home for 760 of its readers - with pastel-coloured hydrangea in co-ordinating raffia bags.

The plants were so admired by the readers attending the event that a large number “disappeared” after the first lunch sitting, according to the F&PA.

The event will also be featured in the magazine, which has a circulation of over 325,000, and the new Woman & Home website.

Another set of hydrangeas featured in the rest and relaxation area at the popular Vitality Show - a health, beauty and wellbeing show aimed at women - at the London Olympia.

F&PA staff also adorned the spa and treatment zones of the exhibition as well as the yoga area with large palms, ficus, and planters of red guzmania and pink aechmea.

F&PA member Arnott & Mason loaned the large green plants to show the 46,000 visitors what a difference big green plants can make to a space, mood and wellbeing.

Those wishing to learn more could pick up a F&PA leaflets from dispensers positioned next to the plants.
