We were approached last week by the BBC which is looking for participants for a new business series.

The makers of The Money Programme, Back to the Floor and I’ll Show Them Who’s Boss are seeking a company that will benefit from top-flight advice to solve its business problems.

The programme will concentrate on people issues such as staff motivation and day-to-day operation within the company, rather than next year’s business strategy.

The production team is looking for companies with a workforce that spends time in internal wrangling rather than taking on the opposition.

A “renowned expert” will look at the situation and provide solutions.

The company should have 15 to 150 employees, but business type and location are not important.

For the business that takes the challenge, there is the prospect of real change.

It would need to allow the cameras in “for a short time”, but it could transform the business.

Please contact me if you would like to know more.

Meanwhile, I look to forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the Re:Fresh Conference on Thursday May 5 at the London Marriott.

An exciting speaker programme has been arranged for the day with something to say to all parts of the industry.

The awards dinner in the evening will be a glittering and thoroughly enjoyable affair.
