The organisers of Fruit Attraction 2011, which will take place 19-21 October this year in Madrid, have already contracted 10 per cent more exhibition space than they did in 2010.
With six months still to go to the event, exhibitors' bookings are up 57 per cent on this time last year.
FEPEX and IFEMA, the co-organisers, have reserved 12,398m2 of exhibition space to this point.
Exhibitors from Spain, Mexico, France, the UK, Italy and Portugal have already confirmed their attendance.
