Salad supplier Eisberg is hoping to boost demand for their products with a launch of a range of complimentary dressings.
The company, which supplies a range of prepared mixed salads to Tesco, Metro, Ahold and McDonalds, launched four new refrigerated dressings at Fruit Logistica last week.
Thomas Schneiter, chief executive of the Eisberg Group, said the dressings would be under the same brand names throughout all its various markets, but the contents would be varied to meet the taste requirements of each particular country.
