The CPS Cratepacker

The CPS Cratepacker

Dutch packing company CPS Case Packing Systems are to exhibit their latest CL64 Cratepacker at Berlin’s Fruit Logistica trade show next week.

CPS hope the casepacker will improve the internal logistics of the packaging hall of the customer as it presents a small, flexible and easy to use operation.

The design is modular and is on the exhibition provided with a rotation system. All conceivable packing patterns are possible to fill the crate as profitable as possible.

The basis in the development is the high flexibility, profitability and operation convenience. The CL64 is sold to Go Patat, Tournai Belgium for packing automatically bags filled with fresh potatoes in crates.

CPS Case Packing Systems designs and supplies the latest systems for automatic end-of-line packing of product-filled bags, fresh or frozen.

The case packers packs automatically bags into cardboard boxes, trays and even plastic crates, pallet boxes, roll containers and systems for general crate handling as well.

The equipment can vary from bag handling systems to case packer units, from case weighing systems to detection and reject systems, from case forming machines to complete case packing lines integrating all necessary units and even turnkey projects including palletising and wrapping.
