The agreement was reached at a meeting in Copenhagen on September 13 and allows the candidate countries' representatives access to the meetings and information services of Copa-Cogeca. The Copenhagen rendez-vous also provided a forum for discussion of other factors affecting both EU and non-EU growers such as the recent floods in Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic.
